Why Medium connection support is limited

PostRelay keeps Medium enabled for legacy users, but Medium has deprecated its API and no longer supports new integrations.

PostRelay's Medium connection works only when a Medium account can still create or already has an old integration token. Some Medium accounts no longer show token creation in settings at all.

If your account still exposes an integration token section, you can connect Medium by pasting that token into PostRelay. If the section is missing, there is nothing else to configure inside PostRelay that will unlock Medium publishing for that account.

Publishing to a Medium publication can be stricter than publishing to your personal profile. PostRelay saves publication posts as drafts to reduce permission errors for writer-only publication access.
